My CPE Pty Ltd is an organisation solely focused on providing the highest quality education to the bookkeeping professional and practitioner; formal and informal. We offer quality educational resources and the ideal CPE management solution. Our system combines the convenience of online CPE with the benefits of live webinars and face to face events as well.
My CPE are committed to promoting and increasing the integrity and professionalism of the bookkeeping industry as well as encouraging our members to participate in CPE which maintains, develops and promotes their skills, knowledge and attributes. My CPE considers professional development as a fundamental part of this development.
Our name clearly says “My CPE” however we also offer formal qualifications which are nationally recognised. Qualifications we deliver are through our Registered Training Organisation partner the Institute of Strategic Management Pty Ltd (RTO 91485).
Due to our registered Vocational Education and Training (VET) Partnership with the Institute of Strategic Management Pty Ltd (ISM), we have an obligation and commitment to comply with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 (Standards).

The course description will indicate the Delivery Method i.e Online. A venue will not be listed next to the course title for online courses.

All browsers should work with the My CPE website and the online learning system. Chrome is the recommended standard.

Yes, you can… We designed My CPE to be accessed from multiple platforms such as IPad, android and PC so you can participate in activities on the go, anywhere, anytime.

My CPE require this information once to establish your profile. We will only use your shipping address if you request an item to be physically mailed to you.

This will depend on the actual course you are completing as they do vary however you should be able to save your course and resume at a later stage. Examinations and Quizzes may need to be completed in a single session.

The policy below applies to all products with the exception of formal qualifications.
1. Are there sign-up fees?
Access to www.mycpe.com.au is free however our annual subscription to My CPE Lite, Essentials or Advantage is not free. We do reserve the right to charge a membership fee for standard access.
2. Are there per-use fees?
Yes. Whilst we do offer some FREE CPE activities and events, many CPE activities and events may very well come with a price tag. Prices are clearly listed beside each of our activities and events which you can evaluate prior to selecting the Purchase Now button.
3. Can I arrange an annual supply of CPE for my Staff?
Absolutely! Please contact us at studentsupport@mycpe.com.au for more information. An Annual package can be tailored to suit your team.
4. Why is it when I select a course or event My CPE charges me?
Charges appear as the activity or event you have selected is not FREE and your package does not include the product selected.
5. How can I change the account owner on my account?
The account owner is you, the person who originally set up your account. The account owner is the only person who can up/downgrade access, change credit card billing information, and cancel accounts. The account owner cannot be changed, transferred or shared.
6. Where can I find my invoices or get a copy of an invoice?
You can view all of your invoices online by clicking on the “Account” button from the upper right corner of your screen.
7. How do I update or change credit card details?
To update your credit card, click on the “Account” button in the upper right corner of your screen, then click the “Change” link next to your current payment information.
8. What is your refund policy?
You are responsible for whatever charges you have incurred unless an activity or event you purchased has been cancelled in which case My CPE will offer an alternate product or provide a full refund. My CPE cannot issue refunds due to non-attendance of events or change of mind. The types of CPE activities that can be undertaken are broad and are not necessarily limited to face to face activities. Examples of non-face-to-face activities include reading, computer/internet assisted courses, structured multimedia conferences and discussion groups.
My CPE offer a broad range of activities so if you’re looking for ways to obtain your CPE hours and maintain your register join us and check out the many options we offer through Webinars and E-learning:
• Formal education such as qualifications, skill sets and individual units
• Computer/internet-assisted courses, audiotape or videotape packages
• Cyber security awareness training
• A unit of study or other CPE activity on the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 (TASA) including the Code of Professional Conduct (Code).

Why can’t I log in to my account with my current password?
You may have typed in the wrong password. Check the credentials and try again. If all else fails select RESET PASSWORD.Can I change my Password to what I want? Yes, of course you can change your password. Edit your profile, change the password and select save. Store your new password somewhere so you don’t forget it.

Yes, of course you can update your account details and we appreciate that you do. Login, edit your profile, change the required information and select save.

You will be registered for a webinar automatically as part of your purchase. A calendar invite will be emailed to your associated email address. Registrations for each Webinar will be taken anytime up to one (1) hour prior to the start of the Webinar. While you can register for a Webinar by registering in advance you will receive reminder e-mails with helpful information and event links prior to the Webinar date. You will also receive any updates in the instance of any necessary changes to the scheduled webinar date or time.
The process is simple:
- Once you log into your account, select the webinar you wish to purchase and attend.
- Complete the purchase of the webinar and payment via our secure payment gateway
- A confirmation email will be generated with the date, time and specific details of the webinar including a hyperlink to attend on the date.
- My CPE recommends you accept the ical attachment to add to your phone/pc calendar.
- A reminder email will be sent the prior to the webinar is commencing.

Like any business we do need to charge fees for the services we offer. Only the webinars My CPE host for FREE are included, these will be marked and promoted as a FREE Webinar in the webinar schedule.
My CPE members have access to certain webinars at no cost as part of their Lite, Essentials or Advantage package.

At the conclusion of each activity you will receive a “Certificate of Achievement” or other Award depending on the educational activity completed. Awards will be uploaded to your online profile and your My CPE Register will be automatically updated.

We recommend you test access prior to the webinar. If you are unable to access the webinar platform we can provide the technical support phone number.

You will only receive CPE credits for the sessions you complete.
The CPE system is a self-assessment system so if you leave early…Well we don’t audit you as we believe our participants are fit and proper people. We encourage you to take the honest approach and apportion the correct CPE hour/s or part thereof in your My CPE Register.

In the event that an unforeseen circumstance arises and My CPE must cancel a webinar, the registration fee for that individual webinar will be refunded or we will aim to reschedule the webinar so members don’t miss out on an important learning opportunity. My CPE cannot issue refund due to you own non-attendance.

To update your payment details, click on the “Account” button in the upper right corner of your screen, then click the “Change” link next to your current payment information.

We are sorry to hear you are leaving. Email studentsupport@mycpe.com.au and the administrator will cancel your account. Once this has been executed you will have no access to My CPE or any records we hold. We retain records for active members only.

All account upgrades and downgrades are done by contacting the Administrator of My CPE. Email studentsupport@mycpe.com.au and the administrator will change your account. Once this has been executed you will have your new access to My CPE.
I have paid but I can’t access the upgrade features?
A few things could be happening here:
Timing is everything. It takes some time (up to 15 minutes) to process.
Recommended action: Relax and enjoy a coffee.The payment failed. Some payments fail, that’s just what they do. You will receive a “payment failure” email about this and an opportunity to correct the issue.
Recommended action: Adjust the payment details and purchase the subscription again.I can’t access all upgrade features. You have access to some features but not all. We have several subscription levels and not all levels have all features, see for a detailed list of features.
Recommended action: Take a look at the list of features and decide if you want to go for a different subscription level.

SSL is an acronym for “Secure Socket Layer,” a security protocol that provides communications privacy over the Internet. SSL keeps your communications absolutely private and secure. The protocol allows My CPE to securely communicate in a way that is designed to prevent eavesdropping, tampering or communications forgery. It’s the same technology used by banks and e-commerce companies to keep your information safe and secure during transactions.

Non-Formal Education
We keep records of your educational activities whilst you are an active user of the service. You are responsible for maintaining your personal profile; please update your personal details as required.
Certificates will be issued on eligible activities you pass; you are able to print or download your certificates anytime, 24 hours a day. Your CPE Register will be automatic updated as you complete CPE activities with My CPE. You can also add events completed externally to your My CPE Register.
We keep records of your educational activities whilst you are an active user of the service. If you cancel you membership we will not retain your records. Ensure you download all relevant records as My CPE will not retain a copy of material related to CPE activities.
Formal Education
Collection of Statistical Data – The Australian Government collects statistical data for all nationally recognised vocational training. This data is collected under the provisions of AVETMISS. The personal information obtained from individuals undertaking formal qualifications is associated with these provisions.
We will ask you to provide personal information if you register on this site. We will only do this:
• to meet your needs (e.g. provide the products and services requested, and answer questions)
• to communicate with you;
• to meet our needs such as manage and enhance our products and services (e.g. demographic analysis)
• to facilitate our internal business purposes;
• to provide ongoing marketing information about our products and services to people that we believe may be interested;
• to comply with legal obligations;
• to deal with complaints and enquiries; and;
• recruitment of employees and contractors;
